Born amidst the uncertainty of the global pandemic, Two Broke Bartenders (2bb) initially emerged as a beacon of hope and resilience. As restaurants closed their doors and talented restaurant staff faced a looming crisis, the seeds of 2bb were sown to provide gainful employment and purpose during those trying times.

The initial mission was simple yet profound: help those from the restaurant industry find an alternative means of livelihood. But as time went on, we realized that our potential extended far beyond the constraints of the pandemic.

Listening to our customers and recognizing the demand, 2bb began to evolve. Our team, equipped with a unique set of skills and a can-do spirit inherited from the fast-paced world of hospitality, naturally gravitated towards offering more specialized services. This led us to hone in on two primary sectors that resonated with our strengths and the needs of our community: Moving Help and Home Optimization/Handyman Services.

From helping individuals and families relocate to optimizing homes for comfortable living, our journey has been one of adaptation, growth, and unwavering dedication. Today, while we've transitioned from serving drinks to serving communities in a different capacity, our ethos remains rooted in understanding needs, ensuring satisfaction, and making every interaction with 2bb memorable.

The pandemic might have set our wheels in motion, but our vision and commitment to excellence have steered us towards becoming a full-service moving and home optimization business. And as we continue to grow, our foundational spirit - that of resilience, adaptability, and service - remains unshakeable.

Who are we?

Two Broke Bartenders was born out of necessity: When Covid-19 started, many of us lost our livelihoods when we saw restaurants shuttered over night. But even without bars and restaurants open, the service industry serves!

As the world moves forward from Covid-19, we’re still here: providing you specialized home services because hey, we’re pretty good at those, too.

We are your friendly, neighborhood bartenders, musicians, and service industry workers. We are here to help!

What do we do?

We provide specialized, effective home services in a safe and friendly manner. We bring the help you need straight to your doorstep.

Here’s what we can do:

  • Property Management Services: Let us help manage your Airbnb listing, apartment, condo, house and more

  • Yard Work: Mowing, bagging leaves, mulching, weeding, pruning, leaf blowing, fertilizing, hardscape, all your gardening needs

  • Handyman: Home maintenance, fixes, patches, putting Ikea furniture together, minor carpentry

  • Debris and junk removal: Yard debris, downed trees, junk from your attic or garage, construction debris 

  • Moving: Deliver furniture, rearrange your living room, move belongings to another house.

  • Power-washing: Get those windows looking fresh!

  • Cleaning: Homes, offices, sanitizing, organizing, cleaning out your garage or basement? We can help.

How does this work?

Simply make an appointment that outlines what you need, and we are on the way! If you don’t want to meet us at the door, no worries, we can drop everything off. All we ask is that you pay us for our time (and tips of course!)

How much does it cost?

The answer: it depends. For a super fast quote, shoot us a text at (901) 580-7488. Seriously. Here are some starting points:

Pricing is based per Team Member and subject to change. A $100 minimum is required for every project.

  • Property Management: Text us for a free quote

  • Debris and junk removal: $45/hr + a disposal fee to be determined at booking

  • Moving: $50 per man hour plus milage

  • Cleaning: $35/hr

  • Yard Work: $40/man hour

  • Pressure Washing: $40/hr

  • Tech: $50/hr
